The guys were very nice and caring here. They understood my needs for a tire really good and were more than willing to help, and they weren't trying to upsell either. Tires are very reasonably priced here as well. They are also good quality too.

Less than a week after getting 4 new tires put on my family headed out of state for vacation and realized something was wrong. Already being out of state we called the nearest Walmart to see if we could stop in for them to check lug nuts and such. Well, Antigo balanced all 4 of my tires wrong. Thankfully Escanaba made the time and balanced them the right way. They added their own notes on file and gave us a copy. Called Antigo on Monday and talked to the head auto manager. They don’t care. No apology at all but that the person would get re coached on how to balance properly, great glad it’s a learning experience for you but this is MY vehicle. I will NEVER use Antigo again, I want mechanics that know what they are doing.

Website says no appointment needed for oil change, first come first serve. This is not the case in Antigo, they had appointments and couldn't get me in. Keep that in mind if you have to drive any distance.

Told the department manager for someone specific to do my oil change, and he said yes and after my oil change I found out that the guy I wanted to do my oil change was not the one that did it. Very disappointed in the manager of that department very unprofessional. Everyone else there is great tho!
