Billy was very helpful and fair with my trade-in. The car I wanted wasn’t in-stock at their dealership but he was able to track it down for me in a matter of days. I highly recommend. I visited a few other Mazda dealerships prior to coming to Wantagh and I was happy with the service I received.

Love Wantagh Mazda!!! Billy ensured my turn-in and new lease transition went smooth and quick. The process was nice and quick. Billy took the time to explain all the new features of my new car and ensured I was comfortable before driving off! I will continue to use Wantagh Mazda as my go to car dealership, there’s no funny business here, everyone is friendly and kind.

Edit. Reply for the owner: I stand 100% by my previous review. This is the second car I got from Wantagh Mazda. Also, the last. In 4 years I only needed oil changes and regular maintenance. The first time I needed something checked on my car I got treated like a nuisance, called a liar (for the receptionist- you forgot phones have call history when you said I didn't call) and the service guy didn't even look at my car. They pretty much called me "crazy", their behavior was demeaning and it felt that my European accent bothered them. So no, you won't be treated like a customer unless you are in their "preferred club". I filed a complaint with Mazda Customer Care and took my car to another Mazda dealer where I was treated like a normal person, nobody insinuated that I'm lying and they actually checked my car. I will go there from now on. If your car has an issue, other than oil change, go somewhere else. The level of professionalism is zero, starting with the receptionist and everyone I had the "pleasure" of interacting with. Unless you're in their "preferred club" you won't be treated as their customer (I got my car from them) but as a nuisance. Also, they get the bad reviews removed that's why they don't have many reviews and most are positive.

Victor and David made my leasing experience smooth and painless. I was in and out quickly and would definitely recommend Wantagh Mazda. I happened to stop by because I was driving by and noticed the dealership - best decision I’ve ever made!
