If your insurance company recommends them, RUN as fast and as far as you can. We waited for appointment for 3 weeks then when we took the car in were told a week or so for the repairs. Called to check and no answer and the voice mail was always full. so we go there and the car is outside with the front off.. The man in the office is on the computer when we walk in and doesn't ever look up until we tell him we need to talk. This happens over and over for the next few weeks. Each time telling us it will be ready Friday ,be ready Monday, be ready tomorrow!!!!! Finally after almost 5 weeks we get it back.The drive home was a nightmare!! the computer was a total mess, all kind of warnings and systems coming on. Had to get it set back to factory setting and start over with set up. SO like I said before RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SHOP!!!! You even have to give them one star to be able to post a review !!!!!

I gotta give then 1 star. My body work looks fine, but they went a month past the initial date, and I had minimum work done. The real kicker is when I finally get my truck and half of the components in the engine bay aren't screwed in. They won't even answer the phone so you can't even tell them they suck.

Poor customer service. No integrty. Kept item almost 4 weeks. Each time I stopped by to check on the progress, I was told "they were working on it, should be ready the middle of next week." Went by again, found my item still in the box, UNTOUCHED. Just be honest, guys. Don't just bold face lie to your customers. Speaks volumes of your character.

Be careful when the person in charge comes out to take pictures for an estimate. A costly repair was missed and I had to absorb the expense. Also, communication at this shop was less than honest. Each time I called they told me a day the car would be ready. I would call on that day and the response was always the same, that they were “working on it.” I understand repairs often take longer than usual. All I asked was for them to give me an honest assessment of how long it would take, but they were not honest in their responses. Each time I called they told me the car was almost ready. They kept saying it would be a few more days. I would have appreciated more forthright communication. When I finally went to pick the car up (it was after hours), the battery was dead so I had to wait an additional day to get it even after it was ready! Not happy with this shop.

I went buy to get an estimate on my truck and the gentleman up front was nice and told me that he was too busy to give an estimate today. I explained that I only had fridays off and I would have to make an appointment for the following Friday at which he said I’ll go ahead and give you one now. He went outside took a couple pictures and said he would email me an estimate, so I waited for two weeks with no response. My insurance company was calling waiting for the estimate so I started calling the business several days no answer no voicemail and no return call. I thought was very unprofessional. After seeing the resent reviews online I think I was a good thing we did not do business with this company
