Previously had good experiences here, so I brought my car in for an inspection as well as to get a quote on new tires for another vehicle before winter. The interactions with staff were pleasant at surface value, hence the two stars. About an hour or two after dropping it off, they called and told me the car failed inspection. They then gave me a list of repairs that needed to be completed in order to make the car safe to drive and pass inspection. The estimated total for parts and labor was over $1500!!! Luckily, I still had time before the end of the month to get a second opinion. I drove it up to Hudson Falls to my brother-in-law's dad's garage. I knew he would be concerned for my safety, do a thorough job, and also not screw me over or lie to make more money. The verdict?? My car was "perfect" except for a missing plate light in the back.... $10 fix that I could have done myself, but I told him to go ahead and replace it since he saved me so much money on the quoted repairs for my car that were absolutely not necessary. I provided him with the itemized list from Warren Tire and he double checked each item just to be sure he didn't miss anything. Everyone I have told about this situation has been flabbergasted. I am disappointed and livid at whoever decided to try and swindle me causing the emotional turmoil I endured trying to figure out where I was going to get $1500+ on such short notice. I will never go back to this location. My friends and family will never go back to this location (I have referred several of them in the past). I will also be getting my tires somewhere else. They burned many bridges here which will never be rebuilt.

Believe it or NOT, my mechanic actually knows and used the yellow paint indicating DOT on the side of EVERY single tire produced in the entire world. One of the few times I have had tires installed and they have been properly installed and PROPERLY balanced. PROPERLY installed and PROPERLY balanced= minimal added lead balance weights. Thank you......

Called today to get information for allignment, and then when i was thinking for a schedule to book, the stupid guy just hangs up. This place has no time to wait for customers to think. I will never call/book to this place. Lots of 5 starts but look at the 1 star its pretty much the same as mine or a sit job.

Had a leaky tire. Showed up no appointment. They are very busy, he asked if I can drop it off. I said cannot, have a sick wife at home (true] 15 minutes later I am driving home. Price was excellent but the compassion and service wad unparalleled. I highly recommend this garage.
