Tyler and Kevin provided great customer service 💯 on 12/7/24. I called 2 days ahead for an estimate on all season tires and scheduled an appt.The work was done quickly while I waited. Best of all, no surprises- I got the exact tires I wanted - at the exact price I was quoted! And I'm very pleased with my Kelly tires in the snow.

I recently had my car serviced here and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. 2006 Acura MDX Dropped vehicle off at 915am left vehicle there for opening at 12pm appointment to get an alignment shop closes at 5pm. Called at 130 car hasn't moved "it's in line" "ok". 3pm called shop: "oh yea it's next in line should be done in the next hour" Me: "ok". Decided to just go to the shop after waiting all day at 4pm and car still sitting asked the status now in person and lost the paperwork and key 5 minutes later I'll go find the tech and see where the paperwork is..... 10 minutes later" yea it's all set we just need to rest the steering whee" .... ok now at 430 car goes back in and 10 minutes later comes out all set cpuldnt adjust the rears at all due to rusty bolts on rear camber are so i could only align the front ok cool now waiting till end of day cars finally done. Great NOPE Beweare of poor time managment was never told the price to start or after leaving my vehicle or even while cashing out till i put my card in and looked down expecting 100-130$ max nope $200!!!!! For just a basically two front wheel alignment nope had to add steering angle charge for 39.99 to a 145 dollar alignment. I was giving a-z excuse after excuse for why it took so long mechanics house burnt down, 2 didn't come in today, had to take the car off mid alignment for something and never finished it?...,other dealerships are charging 400 for alignments(no thier not FYI), we're having a master tech look at it called down the street at tire warehouse 99.99+tax out the door after confronting management on high pricing got the steering angle alignment taken off but 145 for a front wheel alignment couldn't so didn't do the rear alignment at all per technicians mouth so only front was aligned still got charged full price after multiple visits in past years. after looking it up 89.99 is what they were charging me in the past for a 4 wheel and all 4 wheels alignment was done. Just a very discouraging visit trying to do a favor for my wife and dealt with this all day lost my buisness was great in the past and that's the only reason manager said he gave me back the 40 bucks for steering angle charge is because I've had a good amount of buisness with them in the past now never again you can respond to comment but I will not be going back or referring anyone to your buisness.

I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment. The absolute best service team I’ve dealt with. They actively communicate with you during the process and make sure you understand what they are doing to your vehicle. Incredibly kind management. I fully trust them to give me accurate pricing and honest advice.

Warren Tire is great. I had a flat tire and they took me in pretty quickly. I was surprised. They always do a great job. Nice staff also.
