This place seriously saved my a** this past weekend! I came in for a few major issues after being turned away for an oil change and told “you should really take this straight to a shop” and of course the news came late on a Friday afternoon. I called Washtenaw Auto Care Center after checking out the reviews and I am so thankful I found this shop. I haven’t needed repairs since moving from out of state, so I was very nervous about where to take my vehicle. They assured me they would get me straight in the next morning and they would take care of it no problem. I dropped my car off at 8 am on Saturday morning and everything was completed before they closed. I really thought it would be at least a couple days. The price was so reasonable and they went above and beyond. I just had this feeling that I could trust them right from the moment I handed the keys over. Top notch! Now I know where I’ll be going in the future! Thank you!!!

I set an appointment for my Toyota RAV4 got a few issues handled but had to return to diagnose the rest. I set an appointment and still attended up being at that shop for 4 and a half hours. The guys at the counter are good people. The mechanic who worked on my car is questionable, my car was trashed when I got it back a second time. I was aiming to come back in the future to get my rotors and breaks now but I don’t think it’s worth it. If you’re a mechanic and hate your job or don’t like a customer, that energy will be loud and eventually you’ll start losing customers. I don’t appreciate my car being trashed….

Came in without an appointment to get 1 tire installed and they got it done in no time. They were pretty busy and still managed to get me taken care of in less than an hour. Great customer service as well. 10/10 recommend 😊

I stopped by there the other day.Because i've been having a problem with the liner to my bumper, there was a peace hanging. I asked simply if they could take a look at it and pin it up, and I would pay them too, keep it from dragging down the ground. Not only did they look at my car and fix the problem, they didn't charge me. These people are true.Good hearted mechanics.
