Went into limp mode last week with my 2012 F250. These guys were able to get me right in, most other places had at least a 3 week wait. They were very thorough and explained everything in great detail, as to what they found and what it cost.

Very happy customer here. My pickup truck went into limp mode, service engine light came on. Next day called Watson's and was told to bring it right in. They called that afternoon and had 2 codes to look into. Next day got a call and had it fixed and running great.

Website "not functional" -- took my name, address, email, phone number on 2/8 for an order. I sent several emails to follow up and tried calling. Finally was able to reach them on 2/22. I was told their website is "non-functional" -- and they looked up what I needed to order. Gave me a higher price than advertised and were out of stock so would need to be drop-shipped. I tried explaining they need to take their site down instead of stealing information and the person on the phone said I am wasting their time. FRAUDULENT SITE, STAY AWAY.

Had to take my duramax in for repair and these guys went above and beyond what they said to have a happy customer. Their warranty blows everyone around here out the water and their all good people in there to deal with. Not sure who to trust with your diesel their it . Repair( complete engine build)
