Not under new management. Same owner as 15 years ago. Decided to give them a second chance since they are under new management. Was treated rudely, scoffed at, and told they couldn't help me until 3 days from now at definitely more than I'm willing to pay. Taking my happy self somewhere anywhere else

Save yourself time and money.!! This place is geared to rip you off. I went for an estimate to put on a ps hose on Monday They told me $130 labor and to bring the car in early Tuesday.I bought the part at Oreillly across the street and came at 8am. They never called me so i went to check at about 3pm. They said I had the wrong part and didn’t know when it would be ready. I called Wed and told them i needed the car back regardless. They called at 12 noon and said it would it was done. They billed me $290. $135 was for the hose that I paid $ 29 for and to boot they charged me an additional $8 for using c card. PS still leaks!! Try Smith Family Tire in Mills River and save yourself the hassle. When I was leaving they said “Have a blessed day”. What a scam. I’m pissed, but I’ll go elsewhere to get this leak stopped

Went for oil change and inspection. Person managing desk was sitting in customer area and after I stood there for a few minutes she said ‘you came at a bad time, I’m eating my biscuit…what do you need?’ I told her and then she continued to sit there for ten minutes finishing her biscuit. Meanwhile there were workers there standing at bays (waiting on work who clearly had no idea work was there). Then she gets on the phone cancelled her doctors appointment but needed them to call in Singular rx. She then came back to sit down in customer area complaining to other customers how SHE has bad google reviews….how she has a Masters in Education. Well, thank goodness she’s not in teaching kids work ethic or customer service. After being there for 25 minutes and no one besides her knowing why I was there, I left and was immediately serviced down the street at Vavoline. I’d prefer to go local but this place (or more specifically this worker…since learned this was an OWNER, come on-do better) makes it really hard. Sad to say, you’ve lost my business….and that of the five other cars in my household.

Awesome folks! I had a flat tire on my dump truck on a Saturday, and they took really great care of me. They didn't have my size tire in stock, 24.5, but Audrey (very kind lady at the desk) lent me their shop truck to go get my spare tire from home. They knew I was in a time crunch since I was working on the I-26 project. Julius was the technician doing the work, and he was very accommodating and went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!!

Went in to check price on swapping out brake pads. I directly asked owner lady how much. She immediately asked with a sad face "is that all you need done?" I stated that my steering wheel is slightly tilted and could use an adjustment. She told mechanic to pull it in to check if car was alignable. Once in the shop I told mechanic she still has not given price for brakes. The mechanic gave estimate price and I asked to hold off and let's see about steering. Once steering was checked he said it was alignable. I said I was not prepared time wise to do today let's schedule the alignment. Went back into the office to set up day to align the tires. She said are you paying cash or card. I asked for what and she said 1/4 hr diagnostic fee that will be $43. I asked are you charging me to tell me whether you can align it or not? "Sir! I have $300000 in diagnostic equipment and $100000 worth of tools and my guys work on commission." I said "Smith Family Tire doesn't charge a fee" she said I should have went there. When I said I would have if I had been made aware of a fee, she shoved my money back I to my hand and stated yelling for me to get out and not come back that she did not want my business.
