Don’t be fooled by the good reviews they are crooks. They can’t work on Mercedes and that’s ok just be honest. I came in told them the codes and issue. Tina right then told me they don’t have the capability on working with this car or clear codes yet they took the car. The next day 24 hours later they called to regurgitated the codes and information verbatim as if they ran the diagnostics 😆 then proceeded to say they can’t work in it… I asked why not tell me this yesterday and still take the car prolonging the issue. Tina then replied because we don’t like to “turn people away” 🤔 more like they like free $ since they charge $140 for diagnostics and since I already did the work and them knowing they weren’t gonna work on it easy money… Lucky for me I do have the computer to read the Benz and mechanically inclined. Just didn’t want to deal with it right after the holidays with everything else. Conclusion it’s a small leak under the backseat which they never lifted and it’s very common in E class Mercedes. In all fairness after I called Tina out I wasn’t charged $140. Yet I leave this review for non mechanically inclined people without a computer.

As a woman, I dont feel taken advantage of here. I get great service and assistance and I'm not treated like I'm stupid simply because I'm a woman. Definitely recommend

Went in with an older civic because my car was having idle issues. I tried troubleshooting the problem myself and could not find what the problem was. There was some confusion when discussing pricing and if their initial fee is applied to the cost of the repair. They were all generally nice, and when they discovered the problem I asked if they could have the mechanic explain to me what I essentially couldn't find myself. They were very polite about it and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Can't say I truly understand how pricing works there but what I can say is that it was very worth it for the work and troubleshooting they did. Overall a positive experience. Update: After their repair my cars stereo system started having issues. I believe it was due to them cutting the battery to run one of the test. I called back to ask if they had done touched the electrical system at all and they were immediately dismissive. I could be wrong that their work influenced the system but I felt slighted a bit that they were that dismissive off the bat. Still did a good job on my car though
