I had a horrible experience as he check my car and confirmed it is some parts to be changed in the transmission and will be fixed He asked for $720 labour that he will not take if it is not fixed so he convinced me that he trusts he can do it!!! I got the parts original from the dealer to make sure there will be good and expensive too!! He told me it was fixed and try it it seemed ok and paid $932 as he changed a light and fixed my door automatically so I said ok I left and before I reached home it started to make same symptoms as before it is fixed and after trials with him to fix it he confirmed that it is not his issue that I have an old car go and check why it is not working and tell me what happened!!! I asked him to return at least 70% of the huge money he took without doing anything he never replied back!!! I do not recommend to deal with such a person who never kept his word!!!

Wayne is not only the most TRUSTWORTHY mechanic I’ve ever been to, but also the most thorough. I desperately brought my ‘88 Volkswagen Van in several weeks ago, and Wayne got it in perfect order for me. He called me regularly with updates and explained everything very well. When I came to pick it up, he showed me all the pieces he took out, describing everything to me in laymen’s terms, and basically went dollar by dollar to show me what I was being charged. He even shaved a few dollars off, which I would never have noticed, since the price of some part changed. That goes to show his absolutely meticulous honesty. On top of all that, he is just an incredibly kind and pleasant man. I brought my van back in a couple weeks later for a fuse problem, and since he’d just worked on it, Wayne didn’t even charge me this time. In fact, when I asked him what I owed him, he looked at me like I was crazy. He got me right in and had me out within an hour or two. I never mind being at Wayne’s shop, even if I have to wait some time, because he’s just such a GREAT conversationalist and a very positive energy to be around. Honest, thorough, and kind. A great mechanic and a fantastic guy, all around. I’d recommend Wayne any day to anyone. Thank you, my friend!!!!!

I was sitting in the walnut post office yesterday with a dead battery. Someone tried to help me with a jump, but didn’t have long enough cables. I was stressing with my puppy in the car, trying to find a battery place to help. I was told I couldn’t get help for 4 hours. Along came a very nice stranger who offered me a jump. His name was Wayne and he got my Toyota Sequoia running then offered to help me get a battery. He was very nice and friendly. I felt very blessed and drove to his shop where he made a call and got a battery for me and replaced it within an hour. He really saved us and he charged me less than the battery people I called who were going to make a mobile service. I enjoyed talking to him while we waited and learned that he is a very compassionate man who helps dogs and people. Wayne was honest and efficient. Thank you Wayne. I will be back.

I came in for an oil change late on a weekday and was a little wary from bad experiences at other independent auto shops. Wayne was very friendly and happy to answer all kinds of questions and talk about various projects he has going on while he was working. It was apparent that he is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to building and fixing cars. I'll definitely be returning here in the future.
