I was thinking that I had finally found a place I would feel confident in using, to have my car serviced, tires, brakes, etc. I have for many years just taken my car back to the dealer. Today I got new tires. They were quite courteous and was out in hour and half. When he gave me the invoice, it was very close to the amount they had quoted me on phone so I didn't look closely at it until I got home. Imagine my shock when I see a 3.5% charge to use my credit card!! That fee amounted to $27.62 just to use plastic instead of a check. No, they did not tell me there was a fee to use my card. This is ridiculous, charging me to use a card to then pay you to provide a service. Had I been told this when I made the appointment and again when I paid the bill, I would have written a check. Not during the call to make the appointment nor when I was paying on sight was I told there would be this high fee and the amount of the fee. I am in need of brakes and other mileage services, but unfortunately I will not go back.

Super nice guys. I was able to walk in for a tire repair. They were fast and friendly. I thought it would cost twice as much. What a bargain!

I had a great experience buying new tires. They started working on my vehicle as soon as I dropped it off at my scheduled appointment time. The tires were installed quickly, and the vehicle was returned to me just as clean as when I brought it in. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any tire needs.

Waynesville Tire really helped me in a jam. I had a flat tire early in the morning when trying to drive from NC to Florida. I had to get it fixed quickly and without an appointment because I was traveling with my wife, son, and 90-year-old mother-in-law (and dog!). I called when they opened and Scott heard my situation and said they could do it right away. When I arrived, B.J. quickly gave me a quote and pulled my car up to do the work. I was in and out in 45 minutes so I could get on the road to Florida. There were plenty of other people and cars to work on but Waynesville tire cared enough about my situation to prioritize and help me immediately. They made a very difficult situation much more bearable - we were able to arrive at our destination by 9 PM (otherwise it would have been after midnight with an elderly lady). Great people and service!
