If only there was an option to give zero stars. 1 star is being incredibly generous for these scammers. They steal your money and lie and cheat. DO NOT COME HERE. They say they have no towing fee and then charge you upwards of $2,000 for towing. They hang up on insurance companies. Trust me on this one literally never give them any business.

Called and they said they would tow our vehicle for free. Once we got to the shop they "forgot" ever saying that and tried to intimidate me into paying upwards up 2K to get my car back. I don't understand how they can operate with complete lack of morality and respect for their "customers". Please avoid.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IN MY OPINION THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS AND EXTORT FOR CASH PAYMENTS!!!PLEASE READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS AS THEY ALL SPEAK THE TRUTH. Just as many people have mentioned they send tow trucks around to the scene of accidents (later learned they listen to police radio waves) and lie about who sent them and then insist that the car be towed to their shop. They tell you the car will be totaled so it doesn't matter where the car will be towed because there will not be repairs. When i read the reviews I wanted to pull my (not totaled) car out of there. They said fine and I signed the release. When the tow truck I ordered showed up to tow my car to another shop, they refused to give me my car. They instead in my opinion EXTORTED ME FOR $3200 CASH!!! They claim it was for storage and "tear down" which never occurred. My insurance was on the phone and said they would send a screenshot of a wire payment, and send the wire immediately but they would not accept this. I offered credit card, check, or even a cashier's check so that i had proof of payment for my insurance carrier, BUT THEY WOULDNT EVEN ACCEPT A CASHIERS CHECK!! Instead they refused these payments, made me take another morning off of work to come the next day to bring even more cash since they charged yet another day of "storage fees". By the way depending on who you ask storage fees cost $0, $125, $175 or even $250. Everyone there lies from the girls at the front desk to the manager, estimator, tower, and owner. Looks like they even changed their name from Final Touch Collision presumably to hide from all the bad reviews there. DO NOT GO THERE

John and his crew are con artists, they tried to overcharge my insurance with things that my totaled car didn’t need, then I couldn’t process my claim with the insurance because they didn’t have possession of the vehicle and “WeHo collision center” was charging” 10 thousand dollars also explaining they charge $300 for storage a day? If you take a look to the bureau you’ll see what kind business they’re actually running, stay away from this shop

Had such a lovely experience at Weho Collision. I was in a bad accident that left my car totaled and put me in the hospital... It took the insurance company so long to figure everything out, but luckily I was covered with a rental. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful and John really helped keep me sane during the whole process, as it was very tiresome. I truly thank Weho Collision for their support through one of the most complicated periods of my life.
