Perfect service starting from previous night's phone inquiry regarding 100mth battery warranty through pick-up. The next morning's drop-off, waiting room and time to complete the warranty replacement was fantastic. Brian was a pleasure to work with and a really important component as to why I purchase from and bring my Acura to Weir Canyon for service.

Miguel has been excellent to deal with. He does not try and sell you unnecessary services. He knows what the techs need to do and knows exactly what parts are needed. I was not pressured at all for the first time dealing with a dealership. I usually service my vehicles at home, this is the first dealership I found that has a competent service department. The technicians/mechanics understand how to correctly service the vehicles especially with the 9 speed transmission Acura decided to use on the MDX. I trust Weir Canyon Acura for my service needs.

Very slow. They waste your time regularly. Too much paperwork. My wife and I will never buy from this dealership again. No problem with the Acura brand.
