I've had work done on my car here multiple times. If you're going to stay and wait for the work to be completed, you will be very comfortable. The staff is friendly. The mechanics are really good. And I've always been completely satisfied with the results. My only gripe is that when I call the shop and get the voicemail you are unable to leave a message because it is full. But other than that I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service, great prices and even better customer service! I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200 S. in for service after being scammed by another shop. Mike the owner repaired the previous work and gave me a break on the price because he didn’t like what the previous shop had pulled. That said more to me about the integrity of West Auto than anything else. Since then I have had not had any issues and my car is running better than it has in years. When you find people you can trust it’s the best feeling in the world.

We were from out of town and needed a repair facility for two of our kids cars. We searched shops and found the one with the best reviews. We would try West Auto. The reviews didn’t lie. We had a Fantastic experience. This is our go to LA shop from here on out. Service was quick and professional. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at West Auto was great. Paul created my quote for me and Mike explained everything to me when I called back to make the appointment. I highly recommend working with them. They are honest and get the job done in a timely fashion.

I came to West Auto Center as it was recommended by my aftermarket car warranty on an Audi i had just purchased when i noticed it was shaking severely. Dropped my car off for a diagnostic which was very thorough with a text link listing each issue with images videos and explanation of level of urgency. My warranty was quite crappy and didnt cover much of the repair costs. Mike, Darren, and Wendy were all so helpful and did their best to give me the best price as well as rides home and back during service avoiding expensive ubers. Got my car back with zero shaking after replacing motor and transmission mounts. Would recommend:) Thanks guys!
