THE WORST.. Absolutely terrible company. Driver who came to get my vehicle was not able to put it into neutral so he dragged my truck out of the car port at an extreme angle, cambering my two front wheels and rendering vehicle unable to be driven. The company has denied any responsibility, refuses to cooperate with insurance company, and is now in the process of being taken into legal action. Do NOT under any circumstances use this company

This is the worst tow truck business. Very unprofessional. Willam the purported owner of the business is weasel. He will say and promise anything to get your car. Once he got what it wants it will never respond your phone calls

My work van broke down this morning on a way to a job. I called at 6:45am and was quoted no more than a 45 min wait for the truck. 8:00am rolls by and still no truck. I called to check in they said he should be another 10-15 more min. 8:30am I called yet again to check in; it's going to be another 20 min they said. Still no truck at this point. I called again at 9:00am and with the driver on the line they said his GPS said he was 8 minutes out. The driver finally arrived over 2 hours later. By the time t driver loaded my van and we got back to my house a total time of 3.5 hours had passed. (It's now 10:15am) I was also quoted $130 over the phone with no mention of tax... I was charged CA sales tax on a service, not goods. This in unacceptable and probably illegal, but at this point I'm over this company and happy my vehicle isn't stranded in a Vons parking lot for hours on end. Poor communication. Extremely Late. Unknowledgeable/Rude Phone Staff. I will never use their services again.
