Quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue but refused to work on the vehicle due to work performed by other shops. The mechanic was polite about it but worth knowing if you’ve got an older vehicle or something that’s seen multiple mechanics. They also provided a somewhat dire portrayal of ancillary issues like battery degradation.

I called to get an estimate for an install and the guy was very rude. Used the line “it’s an aftermarket part so I will not quote it”. This guy Needs to go to school and learn some customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they get some people in there that understand how a business works.

Well first the only gentleman there saw me pull up so I went into front office where I waited for 5 min and he worked outside. Apparently he thought I was a ghost. So I went outside to kindly wave him down. And then Tried to get a quote for an install of a leveling Kit on my truck out if him but he refused to give me a quote at all. Not even a ball park. (Mind you I've already got several quotes) else where. But the gentleman couldn't give me a quote. He wouldn't even look at the truck to give me an idea. So I guess I won't be using these guys for any service. I was looking forward to it cuz I heard good things about them but that gentleman with the glasses really put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be going else where.

I dont understand how this place can remain in business. I had the misfortune of having Shawn work on my vehicle. After charging me twice the original quoted price without reasoning, the issue was not fixed. I then brought my car to another shop and was told that the work this place did was not only incorrect but also caused more issues. If you value your hard earned money then please avoid this so called auto repair shop. Terrible business.

I was visiting the Fallbrook area with my 1999 Toyota 4Runner making a rattling noise that I did not want to drive back home with. Called West Coast Auto on the recommendation of a family member and they could not have been better. Got right in, drove my car, put in on the rack and showed me the pins that hold the brake pads were lose. They said they could repair them quickly or based on their recommendation I would be ok to drive back to the mechanic that had just completed the brake work. Great people. I highly recommend for their knowledge and honesty. Thanks so much.
