My wife and I have brought our cars to Bobby at West End Auto multiple times for regular service as well as repairs. They’ve always taken good care of our cars and have been a pleasure to deal with. Just yesterday I brought our car in because our brakes all of a sudden started making a LOUD noise. An hour later they called and said the breaks were in excellent shape and wouldn’t need any work. He offered to show me the harmless cause of the noise. When I got there, he lifted the car again and showed how some rust had accumulated on the brakes which was the cause of the noise. We hadn’t used the car in a few weeks and we live right off the beach, which could have caused the build-up. Then he offered to take a test ride with me. True to his words, the noise had stopped after going around the block a few times and using the brakes a lot. No more noise and they charged my only $40 for their time. At West End Auto, my wife and I never have to worry about getting taken advantage of by performing work we didn’t need.

West end Auto was a great experience. I brought my 2020 Mercedes E350 for new brake pads and rotors and an oil change. I left the vehicle and got a call in less than two hours that my car was ready. Reasonably priced and really nice and friendly staff. I met the new owners Aaron and Matt. they were very nice and very appreciative for the business. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to West End Auto

Brought my car in to West end automotive and was so pleased by the service I received. I had a problem with my radiator and they identified the problem immediately and fixed it in the time they said and at a very reasonable price. Being a resident it was clear that the new ownership is really making a difference. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend West end automotive to anyone in and out of the neighborhood.

I had a fantastic experience at West End Auto. The mechanic was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, which made the whole process stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my car was repaired properly. I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

Does not keep their word. Stopped by twice for an oil change with an appointment. One mechanic didnt show up for work but i got there when they opened and there was a mechanic in the shop. To the owner. If you have an employee call out of work. Call another person in. It is common sense. I just started working in the area. Not a good way to represent yourself to the public. Shame on you.
