Great auto shop, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Straight forward team that is flexible and asks questions to make sure you get what you want. They gave me accurate quote and the timeframe needed. Raymond and the guys delivered the work as promised while ensuring safety and quality work. Very pleasant experience overall.

I came in contact with this shop when my battery died and called AAA. Mustafa, the person who came to my rescue, was extremely nice and caring. He even followed me to AutoZone to make sure I didn’t have complications. My only complaint is with AAA. They send you location of road assistance driver which is totally inaccurate. For 20 minutes, the map kept showing (Mustafa) at a standstill position, without updating. Then after 20 minutes, it did update and showed the AAA vehicle almost at the same location as before—when in reality, the truck was pulling up to my location. But I guess an inaccurate map location is better than waiting 24 hours for roadside assistance. Someone I know in Florida, got stuck at 9pm and spent 6 hrs calling and waiting for AAA. Finally at 3am, he left the car behind. AAA showed up at 9am. They said, they couldn’t find anyone to assist. Yup, that’s Floriduh!

This repair shop did an excellent job on my car. They were friendly, they fixed it fast and for a good price. Highly recommended.

I visited this shop for painting my black Camry's rear bumper that got a scratch. Bob and his worker did a beautiful job on the bumper, and with extra work on painting over other scratches/chips on front, sides, doors, one side mirror. I really appreciate his kindness and all works they did for my car. I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs help for their vehicles. And the lady at the front desk was nice too that made the waiting time comfortable.

My car wouldn't start and I called triple A. They sent out someone from west hills complete auto care to assist me. They said it was my battery and charged me 177 for a new battery. 2 days later, same issue occurs and I called triple A again. Once again, they sent west hills auto care to help and the same driver who came out the first time. This time he said it was the starter. I took my car to my mechanic who i trust and he told me it was the starter all along not the battery. West hills auto care is not a place to have tour car serviced, they're not honest.
