They go above and beyond to make sure your car is fix properly before they give it to you. They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to everyone in Omaha. Trust. We always receive 5 star service from West Omaha Auto and they did it again! They were able to begin fixing our vehicle the same day it was towed there and finished the very next morning, which was so important to us! We have been doing business with them for many years, because of their honesty, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. They send estimates with pictures with great advice and no pressure. We wouldn’t think of going elsewhere, and highly recommend West Omaha Auto! Thank you!

The guys squeezed me in on a busy day and I appreciate that. Anthony is a good guy that will take the time to answer your questions. Just met Tom and he also gave me time to help me with my questions and concerns. Hope to have a long relationship with them, it's difficult to find a responsible and trustworthy shop. I was able to get my son's car in right away, which was important for me as a mom. I didn't know exactly what was wrong and didn't want him driving something that was potentially dangerous. They were able to diagnosis and fix it within the same day in only a few hours. They made the whole process incredibly smooth and their facilities were clean and comfortable to wait. I will definitely be returning for our car(s) needs.

I took my old Subaru in because it had a loud noise. Dave did a very thorough inspection and let me know that my steering pump was going out, along with a few more safety issues. He identified a problem that had been undiagnosed by a couple other shops. I had been thinking about trading, and based on his inspection I made a confident decision to trade my Subaru in for a newer car. I appreciate the honest advice.
