Nobody likes car repair bills, and this one was a lot for me. But I called around and got other quotes and WOAS was right in line with everyone else. The reason I gave 5 stars is because their customer service is the best I’ve ever had at an auto mechanic. They explained everything clearly, and communicated with me in a timely fashion. When I declined the other repair recommendations, they didn’t make me feel like my truck was going to explode when I left the lot, just made me aware of their recommendations and let me make my own recommendations. I hope I never have to see them again but if I ever do need my truck repaired again, it will be them I take it to.

I really appreciated the convenience of my experience with West O Auto. I was able to make my appointment online, drop my car off after hours the day before, receive and approve my inspection results via text, and I was notified when the car was ready. I called and had a great conversation with the technician about one of the recommendations, and while I didn't end up choosing the repair, I never felt pressured to do so and they gave good information. The only recommendation I have is to be more upfront with the credit card processing fee. I had to ask about it at checkout and I luckily brought my checkbook to have the fee waived. There is seemingly no mention of it on the digital payment platform either, unless I misses it.

I brought in my 2001 Chevy Prizm for a check engine light diagnosis. It was easy to call and setup an appointment. They conducted an in-depth inspection on exactly what I asked them too, and went even further and found some other small issues that I wasn't aware of. Overall it was a smooth, cordial, and timely process and fairly priced for the work they did. Will definitely bring my cars back in the future if needed.

I’ve been a customer of West O for many years. They’ve always been great but recently they passed what is a major ‘test’ in my mind. I brought my truck in for an oil change, struts/suspension work plus a check engine light that had come on. As always they did everything in a reasonable amount of time, but when I picked up the truck after hours I noticed the engine revving a little higher and later that day the check engine light was on again. It was a weekend so I had to wait until Monday to ask about it. Without hesitation they got me in asap Monday and had the issue fixed by afternoon. Now the ‘test’ is they could have said the ‘new’ check engine light was a ‘new’ problem and charge me for it. But they did not charge me another dime even though it WAS in fact a ‘new’ problem. Trust me when I say West O is in business for the long haul and values the relationship with their customers over making a quick buck. Thanks guys & keep up the good work! It’s because of you I feel confident about owning and keeping older cars - something that saves me money long term.
