Short story: I went in for a tire rotation and rear differential flush, their mechanics almost sent me and my family to heaven. Longer story: After a tire rotation I started to feel a heavy vibrations in the cabin at high speeds (60mph+), went back to the dealership and explained to them the problem and gave me an appointment with loaner after roughly 6 weeks. While being inspected, the mechanic found no problem. 3000 miles later I couldn’t do it anymore since I knew something had to be off, also it was irresponsible to drive the vehicle with my pregnant wife. Took the vehicle to my trusted shop and quickly found this. Westbury Jeep could say vehicle went through other mechanics but it has only been seen by Westbury Jeep Service till today, I don’t understand why the mechanic would even touch those nuts for a tire rotation. Other issues: **** -Vehicle didn’t read PSI on one of the wheels, they suggested my tints were the issue -after removing one of the tires, we found a loose pressure sensor dangling around. The wheel still had another pressure sensor on the rim. -bad sensor was changed and now tire reads psi

Believe every bad review you see on this page. The service department here is AWFUL. I purchased a brand new truck from the sales department which was a flawless experience, and then sent them another sale totaling in approximately 80,000 in sales. When I left they owed me running boards, and acknowledged the transfer case rear output shaft seal was leaking on a brand new truck. (Should have been examined on delivery inspection of the vehicle when it was prepped by the service department.) When I arrived at the service department for repairs I could see a clear lack of organization, and understanding of what needed to be done. I left with their loaner vehicle, and hoped for the best. When I returned with their loaner vehicle, I had filled it back up to the fuel level it was given to me. The guy checking in the loaner put down the vehicle had a 1/4 tank of fuel, when I returned it with a 1/2 tank. The contract clearly states they would charge me an exorbitant amount for gasoline if I returned the vehicle with less. That was the first argument. Next they tell me the brand new truck needs an entire new transfer case (false attempt to rip off Chrysler for more warranty work) When I receive my truck back, the door jamb looked like someone kicked it several times with their boots, scratching the surface down to the primer in two spots. When I got home with my vehicle I noticed the flashlight multi tool i had in my drivers door pocket was missing. When I brought these issues to the attention of my salesman, they reached out to the service department on my behalf, who said I would have to bring the truck back to them for them to fix my door jamb, and that they were not responsible for any items left in my vehicle. Why would I want to return my vehicle to these thieves?! They refused to allow my local body shop make the repairs, and foot the bill which I sent them a comprehensive quote for at their request. Called ram cares, had my local dealership install a new updated shaft seal on the transfer case and have zero issues. I also didn't have to worry about items being stolen by the staff out of my truck. They said they saw nothing on the cameras and denied everything. Of course. Hard to tell when you have 15 different people driving your customers trucks. The handful of valet guys, the "technician" (and I say that in quotes because they don't know anything.... I'll get to that in a minute.) and, whomever else. When returning with their loaner, I got stuck in a traffic jam navigating to the service area observing what reminded me of the "street" mechanics I used to see in Brooklyn growing up. 5 guys yelling around a jeep grand Cherokee clicking the starter solenoid 15 times thinking something was going to change. An actual technician could troubleshoot that easily. HELL I COULD TROUBLESHOOT THAT EASILY. Check the engine for rotation? Check the battery with a tester? Jump pack? 5 employees? You're joking right? In front of me is a Jerry-rigged cart with foam on it pushing a dead jeep compass literally folding the rear bumper cover in half to move it. I mean really? These guys are totally careless. If you care anything about your personal belongings, vehicle, and how it is repaired this is the last place you want to go. Total chop shop. Dishonest, disregard for customers vehicles, thieves, and unqualified "mechanics". If I could give them no stars, I would.

What a horrible service today on 8/16/24. I went in for my annual inspection as I do every year and they refused to inspect my car due to my tinted windows. Last year they had no problem inspecting my car, but this year they gave me a hard time. Also they placed the inspection sticker crooked which could have caused me to have a traffic ticket. What kind of service do you people offer to clients that buy cars from you guys. You say one thing one year and the next year another? What kind of people do you have working there? Is this how you treat your “VIP customers”? I ended up going to a gas station and paid the 40 bucks to get the inspection done without a problem.

I’m very unhappy with their service center. I had the starter changed under warranty through the dealership but in Queens in December 2023. When my car broke down I had it towed to Jeep Chrysler Westbury Service Center. I expressed my concern that the car would not start. I told the service Advisor Juan I was concerned about the starter giving me weak starts ever since it was installed. After paying $400 Diagnostics I was told the only issue was the battery in which I replied, are you sure because I even tried a replacement and 2 different heavy duty boosters. I was given a list of services recommended that totaled over $2000. One of which was to change both air filters. Mind you they were changed a week before and were new. So they don't even check and are quick to bill you for things you don’t even need. Battery, Fluids and breaks….I denied all services because who wants to pay $600 for a battery especially. The car was starting up at the shop so I found that weird. So I Installed a premium battery myself. 1.5 days later I was stranded again. Was told by Ellen the customer service rep that I would have to pay the $400 Again plus the towing to have them reinspect this because I changed the battery myself. Service advisor Juan said they do thousands of cars weekly and that they know what they are doing. I took my car to the local mechanic instead. Within same day solved the problem and at no cost except the tip. The dealer installed starter was loose and so were the connections. Causing the weak starts and failures. This was the first thing I told the service advisor to check. And would have taken them two minutes to check and would have saved us both the headaches. Instead they wanted to bill me $2000+ for everything else and had not even addressed the actual problem. It’s sad that they say they do this everyday and totally rip people off for things not needed. It’s Robbery. When I asked who I can speak to resolve this issue they totally ignored me. 0 stars.

5 Star dealership all around. Came out of state to purchase a vehicle and the transaction and sale purchase was outstanding. The sales management team was superb in being fair on price as well as trade in value for our vehicle. This has been one of the best car buying experiences for my family. Our rep Krystal was outstanding and highly recommend her for any future car endeavors. Thank you for everything!
