My vehicle as been hear the the same repair 4×s each time I was told something different an charge now there saying is the transmission.. But still haven't addressed this over a month... Then they lost the key to my vehicle An still haven't replace my second key.. the damage the hood of My vehicle an my protective plastic.. Which still hasn't been fix.. The damage the rear bumper on the last visit which was a hassle to fix... After giving me a loaner they ask for it back. With out fixing anything on my vehicle at all... An no second key... I've uploaded repair concerns dating back to July to present date... Along photos of recent damage to hood.. An proof or fraudulent charges concluded

I have had multiple positive experiences at this dealership- I've been going here since 2021. The shop keeps appointments, are courteous to customers, and work with you to get the job done. They have excellent communication and follow up with you before, during, and after the visit. They offer the courtesy car if you need it and have a comfortable waiting area. Every service rep (such as Jean Carlos) that I've had has been excellent, along with the other staff. I would recommend going to this shop for Toyota repairs if you live in the area.

Had the best experience here when a headlight of mine was out. Jean went above and beyond with assisting me (even went as far as replacing the headlight himself for me) while Mr. Reilly was incredibly informative and kind. Had a very pleasant experience this time. I was before time for my appointment and was speedily taken to meet the consultant. Since my car is old however, and a number of issues had to be taken care of I sent a greater half of the morning over there enjoying the coffee and some walks around the area.

Three hours and 15-20 minutes to change the oil and inspection. Eh , my fault. I had promised to myself not to go to that place again but the person who called me and made the appointment promised that I will be out of there in one hour maximum. Waited for three hours and asked what is happening and why is my car not ready yet? The answer we have finished with the oil change and inspection but we are working on the recall!!…. Recall??!!???… What recall? The answer is that you have a recall on your car for a battery fault!! 15 minutes later they ask me to pay for the work that they have done ( sincerely , I am not sure that except for the inspection I am afraid that they haven’t done nothing else. Going to check the car in a different place), but they said that they haven’t do anything on the airbag recall ( now is the airbag not the battery) because they don’t have the time for it !!!… The worst place to service your car. Better do the favor and help a honest mechanic who will respect you for the job that you are giving to him.

To be honest I felt that they were not upfront with me at the beginning. Good marketing skills for sure to sell the car and friendly. There is few keys things related to my driving work that I asked that wasn't truly responded to me which waste my time and end up cost me money. It is what it is you leave and you learn. Unless I have another job I never buy a car out of state . Also the price that was stated on their website was way lower than what I expected. I had to mention in order to get a discount. If I knew all that ahead of time I would have bought a car in my state for sure. I had to wait a long time there.In the overall that was a very bad experience .
