I had some suspension work done on my Lexus, but ran out of time to get an alignment. So I made the trip from Fresno thinking I'd just find a place in Anaheim to get an alignment. My father in-law recommended WBT and I was perfectly satisfied with the service and customer service. It didn't take long for me to tell these are good folks. Plenty of cars in the lot, customers in the lobby, customers at the counter, and Alex and the crew were swiftly taking care of business. No one seemed upset to be there. That's a good sign when it comes to service and repair facilities. I've been in the automotive industry for 20+ years and good quality service is becoming hard to find. WBT will be my first choice whenever I'm in need of automotive service when in or around Anaheim. Keep up the good work Western Brake & Tire!

They had me at their mercy. I was on a time sensitive trip from Tucson. They could have easily taken advantage of me. But they did the repair in very quick time and at less than half the price I had expected. They earned the 5 star rating!!!

Wow! We were traveling from Tucson to Disneyland when we were fortunate enough to have car problems right by this shop. I met the owner. They are family run and have been in business fifty years. Even better, they were completely honest and saved me a ton of money and time. It is so rare to find an auto mechanic with incredible integrity but you can trust this shop. This is a review for a 2007 Honda Pilot which I brought in for a noise it had atarted making . They had charged me over 1000 to get it fixed. At time of pickup I hear that the noise is still there and that there is a new harder noise . When i was driving away also steering it was hard and stiff . I go back the man looks at me like im dumb. He goes and drives it and says (oh ok ) we will have to work on it more . They returned after a while again noise came back after a week or so and they charged me another 500 because they said it was another part that needed replacement. Im only coming here because my husband trust them . After that got it back again same thing happens and I no longer want to bring it here took it somewhere else where it was fixed !!! Than I had got tires from them for a small honda saying I had warranty and replacement incase tires were damaged ! Came in and again they said that no blah blah and had to go somewhere else ! PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!
