Awesome shop and decent prices around town. Only shop that works on my vans. Joel, Mark, and Scott are very cool people and know what they’re doing I wish I could give them more then 5 stars because they earned my business. Realizing I somehow have never left a review for the Westerville Automotive team (on Westerville Rd.)! We've been clients for years now, with our two vehicles. My car in particular is prone to all sorts of crazy problems, but this team has gone above and beyond for me time and time again to get things figured out. They are honest, straight shooters who have consistently been very fair and generous with what they've charged us for the problems we've had. The amount of consultation and diagnostics they've had to do for my car alone has been a lot, but it has made me feel like we're partners in the car care, not helpless observers (which I love). My husband's truck has needed some things as well, and they've done a great job helping him too. All of our many experiences have been wonderful. We're so lucky we found them AND that they are just 5 min. away from our house.

I have been going to these folks for at least 17 years. They’re up front, do quality work. I had a ‘97 Malibu when I first started going to them, that had over 210K miles on it. One time it was making a funny noise. They took a look at it, and told me “yeah, it’s an old car with a lot of miles - they’re gonna make weird noises sometimes.” They could’ve made up something and charged me for it. I recommend them to everyone in town for the same reason I keep going to them: they’re good.
