Absolute TERRIBLE experience. My girlfriend’s bmw had a cracked rim and when the tow driver showed up, he didn’t even know how to start the car. Then he ripped all of the plastic covers out of her trunk to access the battery to jumpstart the perfectly fine car. After failing to push the key fob into the ignition, the driver canceled the job and left. He left all of the plastic laying around the trunk and the battery exposed to the elements. It’s raining this weekend and if we didn’t catch it my girlfriend’s battery would be sitting in inches of water. Don’t trust this company. They will NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR.

I believe his name is Robert got into a fight with my mechanic! Super unprofessional and did not even hand the mechanic the keys to my car nor did he tell him where they were and just left. I had to call the guy back to ask him where my car keys were because I was going to call the cops and report him.

I got a flat tire coming home from Riverside today on the 15 south. I requested a tow through my insurance web app and BKY arrived in 25 minutes. Sadly, my car does not have a spare tire and of course everything nearby was closed due to it being 6 PM on a Saturday. The tow truck driver agreed to drive me over 90 miles back to San Diego. I was beyond grateful and so thankful for their help and how kind they were. Anytime you need a reliable tow truck You should definitely contact this company without question. They are amazing.

Super great experience!!! I scheduled a tow for my truck 4 days in advance, and on the morning of pick-up, i was in the middle of texting BKY Towing to confirm tow, Mr. Basim texted me mid typing to confirm with me. That was great. He sent his 2 guys whom id say were very professional, fast, cheerful and ahead of time. Another "great." Not rude or pushy at all. Answered right away and quelled all the questions i had. FYI, I contacted 6 places before making my decision with Mr. Basim from BKY. Mr. Basim will be the first person i call in the future for any tow, road assistance, and more. I really recommend giving BKY a call for your needs.
