Super slow service Found deal on their Facebook ad and when u came trynna deny the deal. And its taking forever to change 4 tires. It's been exactly one hour and 20 minutes. Employees are like fbkg DMV clerk. Who the hell takes over an hour to change 4 tires. My advice don't come to this place staffs are not helpful not cooperative. Awful place period.

I was driving around Milpitas looking for a place to have wheel alignment and checking prices. Saw this place next to my friend’s shop just about opening for the day. I asked and gave me the best rate around the area. And alignment was done in less than 30 minutes. Tires are also not overpriced. I highly recommend this place for your wheel requirements.

On 7/3, there was a nail in one of car tires , so I went to tire wheel expert , this is my first time to this shop. On 7/4, I found tire was still leaking the air, 7/4 was holiday, the store was closed, I went to gas station 3 times to add the air to the tire to prevent flat tire on 7/4. Each time it cost me $2.50. At 9:55am on 7/5, I went back to tire wheel expert to fix air leaks again. When one of technicians drove my car, he scratched my car. Abdul told me a body shop store would fix the scratch in one day. On 7/8 MONday, I arrived the body shop at 7:35am, and I took Monday off from work. The service advisor also told me I was able to pick up the car by Monday. None of them told me it should take 2 days to fix the scratches. Then at 1:30pm on 7/8, the guy in body shop called me to tell me that the car would not be ready on Monday. My hourly salary is $120 a hour, I lost at least $1000 after tax for these 2 days. No compensation, no apologies. If one of them told me it takes 2 days to fix the scratches, I can borrow a car from a family member or rent a car, On 7/9, I took Uber to go to the body shop at 9:35am, until 11:35am, I found that my car was still parking outside with no front panel. Then they told me it would be ready at 3pm. Finally I had my car back at 3:45pm on 7/9 after I talked to them several times.
