Needed a tire repaired. If I spent 20 bucks at a gas station, they would’ve had it done in less than five minutes. Drop my vehicle off at 11 AM for a 12 noon appointment didn’t get a call back that the car was done until almost 5:30 PM. I will definitely not be buying my next tires at Wheel works.

I’ve been a loyal costumer for quite sometime and this is the first time service was horrible. I took my vehicle in right when you guys opened (9:00am) for an oil change and to check on a tire sensor. I was advice I would receive a call with an update. Called twice to get an update I was told it was not done I dropped by at almost 5:00 pm to find out they had not even done the oil change.i was very disappointed because Sunday is the only day I can take the car in since it’s my only vehicle I use for work. Location on prospect for sure has downgraded since a while back.

Esgar and another young team member at the front desk were incredibly attentive and thorough. The service was impressively fast, and I appreciated their helpfulness in pointing out additional maintenance needs. I usually avoid national chains, but these two are making me rethink that stance. However, there was another staff member who seemed like he may have been having a rough day—understandable, especially for a Sunday shift. Overall, customer service plays a huge role in choosing where to go, and Esgar’s team really made a positive impression.

Wheelworks have been our go to for car repairs for many years. We find them to do good work and to be prompt and courteous. There may be cheaper options out there, but they certainly offer better value than the dealership. We keep coming back for the combination of good quality work, done promptly at fair prices.

Made an appointment and came in-person prior to confirming to make sure that my RV can fit in their garage. Gave them the size, length, height, and all the car specifications. "Come tomorrow at 1pm, Sir." I just came to them saying:"it's bigger than we thought it is." What? They have in their computer the measurements of the vehicle. I'm now stranded outside of their sevice with a full blow oil leak, and they don't care. Didn't even say sorry. I'm speechless.
