working here 1 star all day. being a customer was mid. i miss my homies jorge and austin. otherwise just a mid experience. okay service, okay repair most shops are about like this so go wherever the wind takes ya.

My car was recently in a car accident and White Eagle made my car look brand new and helped me along every step of the way. I’m so happy with pricing, the communication with insurance and me & course the customer service! I would never take my car anywhere else but there for repair! So happy with how my car looks.

Ive heard good stuff about this place and decided to take my vehicle here to get an estimate. I was greeted and the person upfront was nice enough to walked me through about my vehicle…took my information and said I should receive the estimate through email in a couple hours. It sounded promising at first but waited until the end of the day. It took so long I decided to call them and the Lady said that The person who took care of me is busy right now, so I waited again the very next day and upon waiting for countless of hours. I decided to give up and look for another place. They must not want service. I’m sure they do a great job but it wasn’t enough to fulfill that title

Called to try and get an appointment to get an estimate for my car driver door and young lady who answered the phone was very rude. This was my first time calling and my last time!!!!

To start off I was in a unfortunate accident, and since it was my first accident ever I didn’t know where to go, who to talk to, who can help me out and as i was doing my research for a body shop i came across White Eagle. It seemed like my best choice have my vehicle repaired, now that my vehicles fixed I did the right choice bringing my vehicle down here. My baby looks so brand new again! Kayla, Reese, And Fabricio were really helpful with keeping up with all the information i needed throughout the repair process. Thank you guys appreciate it

They did a great job on the repair. I couldn't believe how nice it looked. Their communication with my insurance company was spot on. The two things that could have been better are the estimated time for service was 4-5 days. It was about twice that long. Also communication with me as far as updates was lacking. Now that being said the repair taking as long as it did may be standard anywhere you go. They did good work. I'm happy with the end result. I highly recommend them. Thankyou!
