I have been bringing the Honda Pilot for service since the time of purchase at the White Plains Honda dealer. (3 years ago and counting). White Plains Honda Service Center is the only location I trust with the Honda Pilot to get any service and diagnostics. Special thank you to Marc; he is the best, always professional, patient, always making sure I understand what is being done, keeping me updated, knowledgeable, and always doing his best to accommodate if any issues arise. I trust his expertise and his advice, and I know that the vehicle is in good hands. Marc has great problem-solving skills, patience, effective communication, active listening, empathy, attentiveness, a positive attitude, and clear communication. Before any long road trip, I make sure I bring the vehicle for diagnostics to make sure it is good/safe to be on the road for long hours. That is how much I trust White Plains Honda Center and Marc, who make sure everything is taken care of. I had an amazing experience at White Plains Honda Service Center today! Marc went above and beyond to assist me with an oil change and a full car inspection, all without an appointment. The entire process was incredibly efficient, I was in and out in just about an hour, which is almost unheard of compared to the usual 2-3 hours at the other dealerships I have gone to. The pricing was completely transparent and exactly as quoted, with no surprises. The staff was accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind, making the whole experience stress free and convenient. I’m so impressed by the quality of service and efficiency here. I think I’ve officially found my go to service location. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my car and I called Marc who's Knowledge and experience at White Plains Honda Service Center helped me Navigate the solution to the problem. Marc went above and beyond to assist me with my car emission system problem. Due to busy work schedule, I was able to schedule Transposition for my Car to be pick up from home. The entire process was doable and it was taken care off, never a rush job!!! The importance of customer Services is vital to whom I give my business to and I’m so impressed by the quality of service and efficiency Marc and the staffs provide. I Don’t take my car anywhere else other than White Plains Hinda Service Center!! So Highly recommend!
