Absolutely some of the best customer service. Friendly & respectful, Mr. Gary Whitney went above & beyond professionalism - from providing a ride to and from my home, calling to let me know how long work would take, to explaining what I should be aware of following service. Extremely busy place, but if one is patient, well worth it.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Such a rude man. I called and simply asked a question. I’m very kind and have a soft voice. He was abrasive right away but I continued to be nice. He never shifted to match my tone. I don’t understand how anyone could do business with someone who clearly only has the goal to make you feel stupid. Did not offend me because I know I’m not but the fact that that’s his aim is wrong. I simply said I don’t know much about cars so that’s why I’m asking an expert. He was absolutely a nightmare to speak to. Will not be doing business here and will tell everyone I know about that experience. I don’t mind paying more if low cost is the reasons for the good reviews. Not even sure, never got that far. Either way I care more about respect and kindness than saving a few bucks. Hope you all actually did experience something different. I’m guessing he is not like that with men. Keep that in mind if you’re a woman looking for a mechanic. No one deserves to be spoken to that way.

Just bought an older Rv. It had some leaks etc. I took it in asked for the leaks to be fixed, the heater to be looked at and if possible to be fixed, the generator looked at and fixed if necessary as well as a tuneup. They had it the first time for 3 weeks and the 2nd time for over 2 months. Rv still has all the same leaks, the heater he said he fixed nope sure didn’t doesn’t work, the generator didn’t do what was asked didn’t even touch it and I had given him the parts for the tune and they were still sitting exactly where they were left. He filled the wiper fluid but had no clue that the fluid doesn’t even work. Gave more attention to everything but what I asked and charged me for all the extras plus the stuff that wasn’t done. I specifically asked him for certain things to be done because I had a budget and he went over the budget without my consent. So I am out $5000 and nothing was fixed or it was half a$$ fixed. You’d think for that $5000 he could have at least given me a list of things that needed attention or maybe even clean up the mess he left in my Rv and attach the inside cover correctly. I will never go back to this place poor work and poor customer service.

I got my Suburban smogged here, and they were very professional and friendly. He explained that they are a father and son small business, and they take pride in their work.

Gary the owner was at the beginning a bit rough around the edges, but trusted him to do the job of the recall. He quoted at $450 for about an hours worth of labor and parts. After he was finished, he said only four quarts were needed for the RV and reduced the bill to $235. I have a regular mechanic but for my RV, I will be taking it to Whitney's RV in Simi Valley from now on! He is fair and honest! What a gentle man.
