Window Tinting Company

The window tinting company does a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. They have performed commercial and residential work for me and the workmanship is superb. Mike truly is a customer centric business owner and his team is extremely professional and their work is extraordinary. I will have all of my windows eventually tinted. By Mike in his team so far. They have tinted 5 windows for me with 4 more to go. Mike and Team work rigorously to work around your schedule and they are so incredibly accommodating and their performance is relentlessly precise and they accept nothing less than perfection. Window Tinting Company has recently done work at both of my homes and their work is extraordinary, and the professionalism of their team is superb! Mike the owner bends over backwards to accommodate your schedule. This company came highly recommended by my sister and I could not be happier that I chose them to do my windows, they look flawlessly fantastic!

We were ghosted. Not sure what we did, but we had someone come out to our house on April 19th for a quote. They were supposed to come over on April 26th to complete the work but just never showed up. We made sure we were home and everything. There ended up being bad tornados that day so we thought the bad weather prevented them from coming.... but my husband followed up several times and nobody ever got back to him. He ended up trying to do the tinting himself and wasted about $100 in the process. Extremely irritating.. if you run a business, you should call your customers back and show up when you say you will be there. Based on another review, it looks like this is not the first time. I'm guessing our project wasn't big enough (it was going to be around $500) so they probably moved on to something more worth their while. I gave it plenty of time to write this review because you just never know what the situation is and why someone didn't get back to you - I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn't recommend this company based on their unreliability. There are plenty of companies out there that will call you back when you want to give them your business.

If you don’t have a big project for them, good luck getting a call back. I briefly played phone tag with Ryan because I was in the middle of finals, then he just stopped responding after multiple requests to call. Called and talked to Drew who said he’d have him call me the next day. Didn’t happen, it’s been over a week. I may not be a big job, but small ones lead to big ones. I’ll be using another company who doesn’t make people feel unimportant. .
