If you are looking for a mechanic with honesty, bring your vehicle here. Wolverine does a very good job with repairing your vehicle quickly and getting you back on the road. I had an expensive repair that came up. The team was really willing to work with me in regards to what could be done today and what could potientially wait until I could do more. Service was outstanding. No words or expressions could fathom. They have excellent service, and that's what the people look for. I initially came in cause of my work van failing, they were exactly on time of opening. During my first 10 mins, they were able to diagnose what was wrong with my van, that to me, means that THEY MEAN BUSINESS. Told me job would be done same day. So I was content. An hr passes by, and I get a call that the van is all ready. They did address concerns about other things and noise coming from the van, advising me of other potential concerns. Which is a service that most auto repairs avoid to tell you. I'm not really from the area, but I recommend them 1000%. They were honest, fair, and reliable. And if I ever come back to Michigan, I'll definitely get repeated service from them.

Super impressed. Starter on my F150 died after 190k miles. They had a flat bed to me within 15 minutes. I rode to the shop with the tow driver. They had it off the flat bed, into the shop, on the lift, diagnosed, and a repair estimate before my ride got their to pick me up. We're talking pit crew speed. Lol. These are car guys, exactly what you want in a mechanic shop. Highly recommend!

hands down the worst experience i have ever had at an auto shop. had my vehicle towed here due to a clutch issue. left a message with a mechanic that my car was going to be dropped off and to call whenever they knew what was wrong. i didn’t receive a call and called them myself asking for an update. the man on the phone told me “now they know what’s wrong they will call me” i chalked it up to the mechanic maybe forgetting to write down information and left it at that. after they called me with an estimate of repairs i was told it would be done on a monday. monday came and passed and i never received a call. i called tuesday afternoon asking for an update (this is my only car that i depend on for work) and was greeted with complete attitude from the receptionist. this rubbed me the wrong way but i looked over it - as i know it can be frustrating to be harped on. i got a call a few days later saying my vehicle was done. unfortunately i was unable to pickup due to my work schedule but my parents graciously got it to me. i immediately realized the amount of paint missing from my hood and the utter mess my car was left in. mud was all over my steering wheel cover and body of my car. i understand this can be washed off - but for a $1000+ repair i personally find it ridiculous to leave someone’s property in such nasty condition. the paint on the other hand isn’t an easy repair. i called leaving a message asking what was going to be done about this. never received a call back. my FATHER called them and they told him to bring it in. this is MY vehicle so i brought it in to speak to someone. i spoke to the receptionist, mechanic and manager. was told they were going to look at cameras but never received a call. and was met with the receptionist minimizing my driving skills as a stick driver. i would stay far away from this shop. i am in disbelief with their business practices.

I received very good work done on my car & the mechanic saved me lots of money. I love a honest reliable mechanic. Highly recommend going here. The mechanic’s name who worked on my car Kado by the way. Very polite great customer service.
