Saw the owner on a news-special on YouTube, & I will say, I LOVE her & her company's philosophy on car service! I came here to get my AWD fluid changed out, & it did NOT cost the $400 the dealer was charging me... will definitely be coming here for all of my future auto repairs & check-ups going forward....(just wish I had brought my car here when it got stolen, rather than a dealership)....

Another great service today. Quickie inspection, had brakes worked on, and a light replaced. Can't emphasize enough how much, being able to walk-in and be serviced is HUGE today. Every industry especially front-line and tradesman, is starving for help. She's got a full, happy, friendly, and well-informed staff working proactively - enough said! Sure, you have to wait, but be a realist. Also, I am always charged a fair price.

I have been a customer of Great Bear/Women Auto Know for a very long time. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They will never recommend work that does not need to be done (I've been finagled so many times by other auto repair shops that I really appreciate their honesty) and also provide alternative options that are cost friendly. What I like the most about them is they will walk through and explain in detail showing you the damage of the parts in the vehicle. It is also very refreshing to know that the business is owned by a female (because this industry is predominantly male). I definitely recommend this auto repair shop for future repairs needed.

We brought Audra to the Omega Institute to teach our staff Auto Mechanics 101. She was fabulous. She teaches in such a direct and simple manner that anyone can learn from her. And it's so empowering. It really helps you get to know your car, so that you can act more preventatively rather than wait until a problem has arisen. Audra has a generosity of heart that is also so apparent in her teaching. She really wants to help everyone know more so that you feel empowered when taking your car in to have work done. I feel very lucky to have taken her course.

Women Auto Know is an outstanding service to all drivers. They provide you complete information about your vehicle, are honest and can relate to the driver. They take things a step farther than most shops in that they truly want to teach oh about your vehicle, so you get the most out of it. They’re great people who care and do great work...highly recommend Audra and her staff.
