Purchased a new Mazda from Woodhouse and they talked me into purchasing an accessory package that was supposed to protect the interior and exterior. They were bragging up this new latest and greatest thing called ceramic coating and how it would be best to do it before the car even left the dealership and the paint was still pristine. So I purchased this and was given all the information on it. Three years later I noticed my paint wasn't as shiny and clean as when I first bought the car. I contacted Woodhouse and they told me I didn't have ceramic coating on my car. I sent them all the paperwork that I got when purchasing the vehicle and their response was to ignore it and blow me off. I currently have two vehicles that I purchased new from Woodhouse guess it's time to find a new place to shop. That's what happens when you get a monopoly on car dealerships you don't have to worry about repeat customers just take them for everything you can get and don't care if they ever return

Did anyone else have their emergency key gone missing after trusting the dealership with your key fob for replacing a dead battery? I've called them several times, and they won't help.

We went to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue to see the new Mazda CX90. The dealership, people, and service are all impressive. The dealership is clean and nicely appointed. The people all the way through the process are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The service is thoughtful and efficient. We were assisted by Jose, Holli, and Zach, but everyone I saw in the dealership smiled, said hello, asked if we needed anything, or if we were being helped. I can highly recommend Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue.

Pro: Pleasant, prompt and courteous service. Nice waiting area and the shuttle service is definitely appreciated! Scheduled online and they made sure to confirm the services I requested at drop-off. Checked an issue I forgot to mention and solved the problem. I had a substantial bill and they applied both my coupons, using a better offer to save about $100. They don’t have a wash center like Omaha does so they give you two Casey’s tickets. Con: they sent an email post-inspection that required me to approve/deny services which potentially delayed the start of service (luckily I saw it, the text should have been first) Also I did not get a call with an update before they closed for the day, nor return the voicemail I left. Thankfully I did not need my car until late the second day! When I called, the rep gave me an update and apologized for the oversight and made sure my car was ready about an hour before required.

The process at the dealership was very good. Tyson did a great job with us throughout it all, keeping us informed but not pushy at all. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant. We got a good deal on our car and we love it.
