I loved being able to set up the appointment on line with a link to add it to my calendar. Team at front desk is pleasant and responsive. Personable to the point that we can, after a couple of years of visits, discuss what’s going on with our families since staffing has been that consistent. I was there, only for my regular oil change, but commented that one of my tires was losing pressure. They found a nail and fixed it all in the same timely visit.

The technician was very thoughtful and took the time to ask me enough questions to get to the root of the problem. The customer service was exceptional, and I felt that he really took the time to figure out the best solution, instead of rushing me out of there! Woodhouse is great and I feel like an important customer each time I have gone. They open the doors for you, answer all your questions with a smile and are always so courteous. My sales rep Ryne helped me with a scratch on my car and I was so appreciative of that. He has been great to work with from the sale of my vehicle to anytime I have had questions or need assistance. Service department is great as well. They keep you informed of your service and don't do anything without your permission. Highly recommend Woodhouse for your vehicle purchase/needs.

Wonderful experience at the Mazda Service Center. They got my car back up and running even though it's a bit older. They even set me up in a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced since they would have it for a while. Can't recommend them enough frankly.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, I had a great experience here buy a new Mazada. I didn't ever get a high pressure sales pitch from their staff, just people helping me through the buying process. I will likely end up buying from Woodhouse again for the next one.
