I took my friend here today to get an oil change on her car. Mind you I was there last week with my suburban with NO PLATES BECAUSE I HAVENT Got it registered yet. I just got it !!!!! Anyway went with her, pulled in and a male asked if she had been there before. She said no. Took her PLATE down in computer as they should, name,phone, address,etc… after checking under the hood he asked for her keys and put them on the tool box. I said why did you take her keys??! THEY HAVE NEEBR DONE THAT BEFORE EVER since I have been going there. Asked about the policy. No policy. NOTHING. ALSO MIND YOU My friend is a person of color( Black). Finished the oil change. Went inside. (Oil change took over 45 minutes)😳I have gone there all the time and took maybe 20 minutes MAX! I asked the girl that worked in there if there was a policy for keys. She said no. NEVER. I said well that guy out there just took the keys from her and set them on toolbox. Her keys were attached with her wallet,etc.. we said we were STAYING in the car. Not getting out. Not shopping,nothing. She said I’m so sorry he just started. WELL if he just started , he should know what’s happening here and that we don’t take keys from CERTAIN PEOPLE. guy next to us getting a oil change got to keep his keys and he was WHITE! person after that was WHITE and kept their keys in the vechile. DO WE SEE A PROBLEM HERE???! ITS HONESLTY JUST SAID WHAT THIS WORLD HAS COME TOO!!!😭

Went in to have an oil change found out that it had to be full service. So for an extra $25. I got air put in my tires that really didn't need it. Went from a $65. Fee to $85. What happened to lower prices and family owned. On the wall it had all the oil changing services. If new policy it should be posted and advertised first before implementing. NOT even full service as all fluid levels are not checked and windshield was not washed.

I’ve always had good service. Quick and fine as I know. I do check my levels after service and the oil is clean and at correct level.

Brought my sorento there and my oil light was on as soon and I started my vehicle. They told me it should turn off. Got home and was still on, kept saying low pressure. Brought it to my local mechanic and he said they put the filter in wrong. I’m not sure how you can even put it in wrong but they managed to. I contacted them and they told me I had to come in and fill out paper work but I don’t live near them- takes about an hour. They were not helpful.

I have been denied service on an oil change not once, but THREE times in the past week exactly an HOUR before closing. Absolutely ridiculous.
