I went to Woody GMC after the dealership my family and I normally go through did not have what I was looking for. I was a bit nervous having to go somewhere else, but the Sales consultant, Tom Anderson, who helped me from start to finish was absolutely fantastic! He was great with answering all of my questions and making the process super easy especially with buying from out of state (NWI). I am very happy with my new car and I would highly recommend them!

They are very professional and I loved the customer service that was provided. Like how the information given with pricing is accurate and consistent from the start to finish. Worst experience I ever had. A representative told me it was going to take about an hour to diagnose my car. It took 3 hours and nobody even asked if I could wait so long. When they brought my car back the A/C stopped working. They didn't even try to figure out why. They just told me: We know nothing about it 🤷🏻♂️. So I just spent 3 hours there while they made my car work worse.
