Excellent experience from start to finish! Passing through I called to see if they could take my truck in that day to fix a DEF sensor issue that would have had me stuck renting a vehicle if they were unable to look at it same day. They were able to look at it within an hour and thankfully able to diagnose and fix the problem within hours. Every member of the team was very professional and willing to take the time to communicate with me at each step. Shop is very clean and accommodating. Couldn’t be more pleased with the whole transaction. Highly recommended!

Car was dropped off at noon, was told it would be done in a few hours. Battery change and transmission fluid change. Well, it’s 4:45. No call. They close at 5. So we go in and discover they drained the fluid without even checking to see if they have the right fluid to replace it. I will say they were calling around trying to find fluid but that feels like trying to hide the error before it was discovered. The shop did not have the courtesy to call us to inform us of the mistake. I think that is what is most upsetting is that we did not receive the courtesy of a call. Upon my complaining, they took 100 off. Would have preferred it be more because of the discourtesy but moving on. Then upon arriving home, they call us to tell us that they FOUND the fluid behind another bottle on the shelf. So they presumably didn’t look hard that entire time. Just rendered my vehicle inoperable and didn’t give me a phone call to let me know. And the icing on the cake is that upon entering my car, there was a used water bottle that was empty left in it. Unprofessional and rude.

I can’t really even put into words how blessed I am that this company and the owner of this company came in to my life! They were so kind and helpful and their shop was clean and inviting even had a welcome board with my name on it. Had snacks and drinks and a nice waiting area! They offered me to come in and have my dvd player looked at it and unbeknownst to me found a very dangerous problem with my wheel bearing and I was about to go on a long trip! They fixed it no questions asked and gave me an amazing deal and offered me a loaner vehicle for FREE and it’s the exact car I already had to it fit all my car seats ! They were friendly and helpful and kind. Truly doing Jesus work through a mechanic shop! I will refer all my friends and family there for now on. Very thankful for each and every person I met along the way including Jason Kevin Craft and the lady who helped me get my loaner. Thank you so much for making my family have a very safe and merry Christmas

Top notch. I can't say anything bad about this place. It's a place I'm comfortable sending my family members to, I trust WrenchWorks will be honest and fair with them. Not a lot of mechanics like that these days. They are great diagnosticians. I like how they quote stuff out ahead of time and they can send you a link to see everything in advance and that you can read everything at your own pace. You can ask dumb questions and they are respectful and patient with you. With Thanksgiving around the corner I want to let everyone know who works at WrenchWorks that I am thankful for their help with my truck. Life is hard enough and they help make a hard situation easier. Lastly, don't just take my word for it, try them out for yourself!

We got a flyer in the mail with a coupon for an oil change and it also had a QR code that we could scan to schedule an appointment online. The whole scheduling process was super easy and I was able to get my van in later that day. They did a thorough job looking over our van and it did not take them long at all to complete the oil change. We were very pleased with our experience at WrenchWorks and we appreciated the follow up phone call that we received the next day.
