We have a Class A Newmar Ventana Motor Coach. We needed service and went to a Freightliner Service center in Gaffney SC where I was told we would be worked in. Didn’t happen. My wife called Carolina Truck Care in Spartanburg, SC and asked if they could do the 45 thousand mile service. They said yes, bring it in and we will make it happen today. Sandy, the service advisor got us in almost immediately, told us a great place to eat BBQ and they were working on it when we got back from lunch. They did a fantastic job in a very timely manner and a very fair price. I would highly recommend them for your RV big rig service! I love to do business with people who do what they say they are gonna do. If I could give ten stars I would!

I agree with others who have said these guys are scammers. I brought my truck to them because the AC was turning on and off. They claimed to fix the problem and charged me nearly $700 no parts where replaced, but a few days later, the AC stopped working again. I called them and said I'd have the truck checked elsewhere, and if it turned out they missed something, I'd ask for a partial refund. They agreed. The other shop found an issue with the compressor, but when I called back, they refused to give me a refund, even though they promised. They said the owner would call me, but he never did. I'm going to fight to get my money back, whether it's through the BBB, court, or whatever it takes—I won't let these SCAMMERS rip off hardworking people. Update: I just saw the owner’s response to my review, and it looks like they’re in the habit of lying because they never called me back.

Great shop, I'm smiling ear to ear, Took my old harvester in for an overhead, pm,oil change, and tune, They done a great job, I absolutely love the difference in how the truck performs now. With great fair prices. I also got the chance to really talk with owners himself and Wife even with the technicians, Very nice and professional family they have over there, I recommend it to be a must stop in location for a wide range of work that you might need..

We were in deep trouble with our motorhome, which had begun to drip gasoline puddles onto the pavement. We feared driving the RV too far, so we called a nearby repair shop, Carolina Truck Care. Though a busy Friday afternoon for them, they invited us to stop by for an assessment. Upon our arrival, technicians who were repairing other vehicles gathered around, and within 30 seconds of searching underneath the RV had diagnosed the problem. Owner Chad Bishop provided a few options, including one that would get us back on the road that same day. Getting the parts right away, technician Justin was able to repair our RV and have us on our way again. Simply put, Carolina Truck Care is the repair shop you wish were available in every town. Their attention to our problem and great service at a great price really saved the day. We can't thank them enough.

If you ever find yourself around Spartanburg, stay as far away as possible from these scammers. Went in for an air bag replacement on my 389, a wheel seal, and an exhaust leak. Only $900 for an airbag swap, $550 for an exhaust gasket, and $700 for a wheel seal. If you find yourself having some spare change, these guys will take it off of your hands! The fact these guys try to justify charging $700 for a wheel seal by claiming all different reasons is flabbergasting. I had 2 wheels seals done this week by other shops, one in Georgia and one in Alabama, prices was $205 on one and $270 on the other, excluding the price of the $60 wheel seal. So to try and justify your price is ridiculous.
