Very, very disappointed. My wife called to get a quote over the phone. She was told she might be a fake caller from a competitive shop and was told that she needed to go in person in order to get a quote. We are new to the area and she was looking for a new place to go since we are too far from our old place. Sorry to say, the $600+ work that needs to be done on our car will go to another business. Hello. This is his wife, Gina. You DID NOT tell me to get more quotes, then come back to you to compare! I called your shop to get a genuine quote and instead I was told that I needed to come in person because you didnt believe I was a "real" customer and in order for you to believe me, I had to come in person to get an estimate. I gave my husband permission to speak on my behalf because I was too upset to write it myself. We are very new to the area and your shop came recommended. To jog your memory, I called for front & rear brakes and both rotors. If your response is to be rude to people who give you a low or bad review, then maybe you should be nicer to people calling to get your business. Up until the phone call, I read the positive reviews about your shop and was eager to become a customer. I am a genuine person who just needs work on my car.

These are the types of business that need to he recognized. After being told from Mountain tires that my 2:30 appointment won’t be ready to be worked on u til 5:30, I found Car-Los on Google and gave them a call. I asked how much and when I could come in and he gave me a straight price and told me to go in right away. I pulled up, sat down, waited 15 minutes, paid, and left. No BS, just a clean and professional business.

First time coming to the shop to get my brakes replaced. With the inspection we found that I needed to get my rotors replaced as well. Very transparent with their work and the customer service was superb. Will be coming back again!

Terrible service. You are very welcome if you are the first time customer. They will treat you nice and you decide to let them fix your car. Everything looks fine . After a few days you came back with problems they started arguing and recommended you to replace more parts. It is like endless fees and you are not sure if they fixed your car or not. Don't go there if you don't want to be screwed up.
