QUALITY TOWING

In reality would be a Negative 20, very rude white male wouldn't give me his name got him recorded cussing at me insulting me, threatening me multiple times saying he didn't have to be nice to "you people" this is what the world has turn to. Needless to say will never use would rather walk a thousand miles than call them for help

The worst: they are a among the captive, low end, tow services used by State Farm and probably other insurance cos. They refuse to provide service that should be without cost, arrive at the wrong address (10 miles away from the service call address, yet insist 'we are here and we'll leave if you don't come out to meet us); cancel service unilaterally when they learn the insurance co/insured understands service will not be paid beyond what is required,....Basically operate a bait and switch to drive up their fee. .I've dealt with them twice and never again. The prior time they were called, the driver tried to sell me a new battery ($300+) and told me the battery would 'not hold a charge'. I was later able to charge the battery myself and it was fine/held the charge. Stay away.

My car battery died Sunday night nothing was open and Pedro came to the rescue within 30 minutes. His company is contracted with progressive and I paid about $95 when other tow companies were quoting me $120-$150. Pedro was so nice and efficient I highly recommend!

After waiting for more than 1 hour, I called them, David answered and said 30-40 more minutes for driver to get here. I waited another hour to call back, he said another 30 minutes, thats 2 hours waiting plus 30 more minutes, by now im upset and tell him you said 30-40 more minutes an hour ago. He said "you have two choices, you can cancel or you can wait, those are your two options"

The worst service you can request. I was on the road waiting for 1 hour and a half. That’s not the problem, traffic, i get it. But, then, the rescuer was sent straight to my pick up location. When i called he was incredibly rude and hung up on me as i was speaking. Then i called the company, the woman on the phone gaslit me, trying to blame me for the mistake. Once i show proof the all info was correct, she hung up the phone one me. Long story short, when my car was dropped off, the mechanic was already closed and there was nothing i could do. Time and money wasted for the incompetence of this company. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM.
