I didn't trust them at first also ,and I was worried about my car not being ready and not being fixed right. I'd like to say that everybody complains and don't understand what it takes to run an Auto body shop. so...the most important thing is that you were still able to get around. While they take their time on your car. If they gave you a runaround it might be because your paperwork on your car isn't fixed right or maybe don't have the proper insurance or even worse the accident could have been your fault. In the end you get your car with the runaround unable to get around while your insurance company and the auto body shop figure it all out. Anyways I just got my car back 2 months in the shop and they had a rental car for me a 2021 Toyota Camry that ran just right and got me to work. I like to thank two people not sure if Im pronouncing it right. "Jocelyn," she answers my questions when I called she sent me paperwork when I asked for it and she called me every once in awhile for an update on my vehicle. She might have wanted to charge me for the rent car but it was because my insurance company was the one giving them a hard time.they don't like to pay up. Then it becomes a problem to them because your car is taking up space and when your insurance company hears about a lien sale it might speed up the process I don't know maybe there's more to it than that but for me they are okay and I feel that if you come at them right they will do you right also Wednesday brought me my car my 2018 Honda Civic maybe it wasn't washed,maybe it needed some gas but besides that the job they did was great., as if it never got in an accident. So thank you trust Collision Center. and to all that are making and posting reviews .if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say nothing at all

My husband just got his 2018 Honda Civic august 26 .his car was at the shop for 2 months. Don't expect your car to be done sooner. They took their time on it and one thing I rate100 % 10 + is the rental car they provide for free the rental car was reliable, that helped out a lot. Great service despite all bad reviews.

I would not come here! I was in an accident on 6/3/23 near the shop. Several tows came and convinced us to take our car to Trust. I had never heard of them and was in a panic after just being in a collision, against my better judgment I allowed it. Initially things seemed legit, until I got a letter from Nustar Lien saying I owed $6075 in storage fees. I was so confused. I contacted my insurance and they told me to contact Trust. Trust told me don't worry about it, it's their standard practice to ensure registered owners knew where their car was located. That still didn't sit right with me. The same vehicle has been in two prior accidents and we never had a lien placed on our vehicle. It didn't make sense. I then get a call from our leasing company threatening to repossess the car because of the lien they was placed on the car. I then got a letter from the DMV questioning if I opposed the sale of my vehicle and that I owed $6075 to Trust. I didn't hear anything for months after that outside of a few emails from the claims adjustor from my insurance saying they were asking for supplemental payments. I randomly got a call on 12/14/23 ay 9:14am saying the car would be ready in an hour it just had to be taken to the car wash. They would let me know when it was ready. I wasn't told until around 4pm that I could come get the car. Once I got there I paid the deductible and ended up waiting an an hour and a half before they brought my car out. While waiting all of the staff were loud, cursing, talking about inappropriate things. The vibe of all the people standing out in front is very unpleasant. I was actually concerned for my safety. They gave me several different excuses as to what was taking so long, but the one that got me is when the owner came up to me and my husband several times and kept trying to ensure us "no shenanigans " was going on. They just wanted to make sure the car was in excellent condition so we wouldn't be right back. He even had the nerve to try to pull the black card and say his business gets a bed rep for being black owned. He was looking me right in my eyes and lying and I could feel it. I was then told the car was stored behind several other other vehicles that had to be moved by forklift. So it didn't make sense to me how they were doing everything they could to make sure the car was good. It obviously hadn't even been test driven. Once we left we could immediately feel it needed a wheel alignment and I Iet them know immediately. I was given the option to bring it back or take it to Calderon Tires and I chose the tire shop. I was told they would pay for it. I didn't trust my vehicle being back in their possession. The tire shop said it was the right strut, spindle, and a wheel alignment was needed. Not to drive the car fast or far. I was told give them until Monday to order parts and Trust would call me Monday morning. Trust did not call me. I contacted them and was told they were waiting on an invoice from the tired shop. I didnt hear anything back so I contacted them again Thursday. I was told to bring the car in and it would take about 2 days. I understand it is the holidays so I figured it would take longer, especially knowing their track record thus far. I contacted them today, Tuesday, and was told they are going through my insurance to pay for the strut, spindle, and wheel alignment. They won't start work on the car until they know they'll be reimbursed. So why say they would pay for it? Why have me bring the car back in just for it to be sitting there for days? Why not inform me of any of this from the beginning? They are money hungry demons. They have had no regard for my family and I. They gifted me with car wash supplies. It doesn't make up for all of this at all. I found out from Honda that the same week they told me to come get the car, TRUST spoke to Honda a few days before they called me and told me the car was ready. They told honda the car was NOT ready. So they knew what they were doing. They knew they were giving me back a car that was not ready. It was repossessed.

People are calling them scammers and I agree, but let me breakdown why they are scammers. 1. They work with tow companies to bring your car in. The tow truck driver will say “I know a good shop” and bring you there. You should never trust a tow truck driver that says he knows a good shop. The towing company that recommended them was Ramos towing, so be aware of their tactics as well. Always go with what your insurance or attorney says or look up shops on your own. 2. They never told me what was wrong with the car at any time. They just discussed it with the insurance. Funny just like most reviews about this place they found something else wrong and reported it to my insurance and my insurance paid them more money. You see the owner of this shop also owns a car parts shop and gets the insurance to pay for the parts they get from the other shop. They have a full system ready to scam you with. 3. They are so shady you can hear it over the phone. The manager Breanna does not keep her word. Matter of fact thats how they all are at the front desk. They tell you a day when the car will be ready and by the time you check on that, they’re telling you another day. You ask what parts are needed and they tell you one thing one day and another thing the next day. It went from suspension to rotors back to suspension. I asked for the corporate number from the manager Breanna and she gives me a number to a phone without a voicemail. I dont know any corporate numbers that aren’t set up professionally and ready to accept calls, but somehow this number aint 4. Should be FIRST! THEY PUT A LIEN ON YOUR CAR AS SOON AS IT GETS THERE! The front desk liars said that it’s normal procedure. I’ve had multiple cars fixed before and NEVER have they put a Lien on my car. The plan is for them to sell your car and if they can’t do that they won’t fix it. 5. They only accept cash or Zelle..BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT UNTIL ITS TIME TO PAY!!! I had to run around asking everyone I know for cash so I can get my car. I asked them why they didn’t mention that from the beginning and they basically said “Oh sorry… but thats the only way we accept payment” They didn’t even have the decency to own up to their mistake and work something out with me. The store owner is a leech! They stopped accepting cards because they said people were disputing the charges. I can tell you from experience that everyone who disputed their charges were 100% in the right! Your car will not get fixed here. They will only fix the outside of your car and have you leave the lot to find out your car is messed up. Its only right to get your money back if you didn’t get what you came for. 6. Jay Smith a co-owner of the shop (maybe) started an argument when I asked for a list of the things they worked on. He’s an older African American man. Plus he spits a lot when he talks. When I asked for his real name everyone said “his name is just Jay” and I had to ask over 10 times for a last name. He threatened to not give me back my car as I was inspecting it. When I asked for a detailed list and a receipt he started making excuses and did not give any real answer . He said “Cmon Im just doing a favor for you because we black peoples” Jay I’ve been black my whole life, do you not think I’ve had actual help from other black people? Genuine help. As a black man I lost all respect for him after he said that. He or Trust Collision is not good for the black community all he cares about is Women and money. The worst type of person to be around is him. He thinks he’s the toughest person to walk this earth. People like him are empty on the inside and nothing fills that void. 7. As I started driving home about 6 min away from the shop, my traction control light came on and so did the check engine light. Now the car is Jerking and the gas pedal stops working while the car is on. That wasn’t a previous issue. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
