DO NOT GO HERE. They will promise you a discount over the phone as a tactic to get you to come and do service, but they end up charging you for random extra “stuff” that isn’t needed for the car. I can in for a break service just to change the pads. I was called later tell me I need to replace my rotors as well due to warping. Mechanic told me they aren’t usable, however I asked for my rotors and pads back to find out that only two needed to be replaced and the other two was in great condition. They WILL call you to upcharge you on anything. He also told me my serpentine belt needed replacement but I came for a break job, why are you looking in my engine bay? Very dishonest business.

I went to get my oil changed and that was fine but as soon as I left my brake pads all the sudden were worn to the bone they def messed them up because they weren’t making a sound when I got there and now I have to get new brakes. Do not ever go here they are scandalous af

Took my truck for an Oil Change before a road trip. During my trip, I look under my truck and see the bottom cover just hanging not bolt it. They can’t even put the bolt back. They recommend replacing my brakes. Good thing, I not replace. I feel I would have to double check if it is install correct. I have no peace of mind Getting work done here. And would not ever come back for service.

I recently bought a car at Carvana and there was a minor issue with the door. I brought it into xpress auto service and David was able to help me no problem and totally covered by the warranty. My experience was excellent and I’ll bring my car in for routine maintenance as well.

This place scammed me into a lot of money I trusted them. They charged me $ 1,000 for my tail light not working. It took them 15 minutes. And I found out it was just relay I looked it up $12.00 for the relay. They are such scam artists. I went to other shops afterwards and they said to check my relay next. Without trying to charge me anything. They also supposedly fixed an oil leak charged me $1,400 and the leak is still there 2 month later. God sees what they are up to. But the BBB is gonna have to know too. They got me for other work too. Do not bring your car here!!! They triple charge you. They should fix my oil leak properly but instead they quoted me more money said it was a different leak. I'm furious. That's money wasted.
