I recently took my car to Xtreme Quality Collision , and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The mechanic Alexis , was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. They provided a thorough inspection and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done, without any pressure to do unnecessary repairs. The quality of the work was outstanding! My car runs better than it has in years, and the prices were very reasonable. They also completed the work ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated the transparency throughout the process, including updates on the progress and costs. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. This is THE BEST, most humane, comprehensive, understandable, knowledgeable, and reliable car shop in NYC. There is no problem they won’t be able to fix. I had a problem with a part that was available for the very same day in PENSILVANIA! O was missing money the get the part and the OWNER let me borrow the money from the shop and trusted me to comeback to the shop with the part for my OWN CAR! Thats the kind of service you get from this place! God bless this business!!!!
