Yates Body Shop

Me vehicle was damaged, REPEATEDLY while in Yates possession. For example, my windshield was broken, found a large dent above my back driver door, hair in my paint, scratches where they tried to remove paneling , broken clips, fried my computer, and battery, damaged my interior from loading fking parts in the back of my vehicle etc. and they ALSO damaged my b pillar, so after charging over $20,000 in repairs and Yates having my vehicle 3 separate time, from September 29th - the end most of January I believe, I had to take it to a different shop located in Helena ( hjemls body shop - I highly recommend) to be told that my car is totaled, so not only did Yates waste MONTHS of my time, damage my car, waste the insurance money, it they wasted my fking money. Not only am I now out over $20,000 in payments I’ve made on this vehicle in the last year, I’m out the over $2,000 I had to pay to cartune to even pick up my car, that should have been totaled in the first place, when I didn’t even cause this accident, because I saw stopped at a stop sign. will say they are very nice people, despite them trying to gas light me, about the damages, also I was told multiple time- from the owner, Zac that his “best guys” were on this, if that is the case… you guys need to seriously get better help. I am so blown away from this experience, because they do have such good reviews. Yates has cost me thousands of dollars, don’t waste your time , find someone else.

I had work done at Yates and they were incredible. They went out of their way to find the parts that were needed and kept me informed throughout the process. My vehicle was done quickly and looked like a brand new car when it was done. They’re amazing! A great experience and I highly recommend.

A bunch of incompetent teenagers parading around as auto repair specialists. Truck was in the shop for over 2 months because the shop wouldn't/couldn't supply parts. I ended up purchasing the needed parts myself and brought them to the shop. Repair work once started took weeks. Upon delivery badging was applied incorrenctly, truck/wheels/exterior were dirty, and there were paint hand prints on the inside of the truck cab on the ceiling. White paint overspray on the bed of the truck. Unbelievable. I took the truck because I don't dare leave it with them one more day. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE If you have a new vehicle, take it to a dealer, not to these guys.

I have found Yates Body Shop reliable and honest with their estimate of repairs and they take the time to answer my questions. They are very professional and thorough with the quality and completion of their work. I have used Yates in the past and will, if need be, in the future. I am always impressed with the work upon completion as the car shows absolutely no evidence of damage. I highly recommend and have done so already.

My car was hit and run by a semi truck. We took it to Yates. I can’t say enough good things. Their service was truly exceptional in every way. They were amazing communicators, extremely professional and thorough, explained everything very well, advocated for me, and got my car back into better shape than it was before the accident. They went above and beyond in so many ways, and did an incredible, flawless repair job. Best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. Would trust them with anything. Thank you Yates!!
