I was able to get an appointment on New Year’s Eve Day in the early morning. It was my first visit. Very clean and tidy space upon entering. I immediately felt welcomed! Eric was the first person I met and helped with getting me squared away with my services. Very customer service oriented! The other gentleman was taking care of a returning customer. I could tell they built a strong, respectful rapport with her as they earned her trust with previous services. I was able to receive a ride to and from the shop while services were being rendered. Work was done in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. Hard to find places with this kind of high quality in personnel, workmanship, and efficiency! They have earned my business! Yorba Linda auto service Was truly a great experience. Very friendly service, Upfront and a lot of pictures. This was our first time using this service garage and it all went seamlessly. Showed up on the morning, they gave me an estimate, provided transportation back to my house. Early afternoon I got a call, service was complete, asked if I would like a ride back. Eric and Travis at the front counter were both friendly and engaging. Shop appeared clean and well run. Will continue bringing my car here!
