You may have to wait a few days to get in for an appointment , but that just goes to show you that everyone in town wants their car to get worked on here. Sterling, the shop owner, was awesome! My car snapped a Serpentine belt, damaging the radiator, alternator & exploding fluid all over my windshield while driving in the far left lane on the 10 to Los Angeles! Overall crappy situation but AAA towed me to Yucaipa Auto & they were super helpful. Work was done well for a very fair price & everything was explained clearly & respectfully. As a woman, many auto shops are still pretty condescending, which is infuriating, but Sterling & staff couldn't have been cooler! Top notch autoshop!!!

Always fantastic service! My 2500 was stuck in drive...I couldn't do anything if I shut it off...Sterling...who was way over booked & shop was full ...took my truck in no questions asked! When something goes wrong with my vehicles...I ALWAYS call Sterling first.. he's got some type of answer....ALWAYS!
