Felt like a mechanic from a movie or tv show. Just had that old school, elbows in the grease, gears on the brain, kind of feel. Unlike so many chain auto service locations full of amateur looking kids, unhappy managers, and keurig coffee machines. I knew I could trust these guys when my local mechanic recommended them for a front end tire alignment, but now that I've been here I really understand just how awesome this place is. They know their stuff, they treat their long time customers like family, and they are thorough at explaining the work that was done. They handed me a print out of the before and after for my alignment, and warned that if any place doesn't give you one of these they can easily just lie to you and you'd never know they didn't do the work. Work was done quick, there were no attempts to offer me extra services I didn't need, and the cost was very affordable. Excellent service, would recommend.

Mike in service performed an alignment on my '02 Trans Am and took great care in doing so. He took time to explain things and chat about it afterwards. There were no fingerprints or damages. I would definitely recommend Zanella's for alignments and other services.

I have been a customer at Zanella's since the 1970's. I have always been satisfied with the work done on my vehicles, the advice given to me for upkeep of my vehicles, and the welcome/friendship felt whenever I visit the garage. I took my vehicle there once before. They seemed very knowledgeable and honest. So, when I needed another service done, I called them and made an appointment for the service to be done. I was going to be a "waiter" and they were aware of this when the appointment was made. The morning of my appointment- a little over an hour before my appointment time, I called them to ask a question. That was when I was informed that they didn't have time to do my service. They had over booked accidentally. I understand mistakes happen. However, they had four business days to call me and ask to reschedule. They didn't. It was obvious they were just going to wait for me to show up to then turn me away from a scheduled appointment. That was not only extremely unprofessional. But also shows blatant disregard for my time and its value. Thank goodness I found another place who could do the service same day so I didn't need to lose two days of work.

I took a truck in for a pre purchase inspection. LJ and everyone at the shop could not have been more helpful or professional. The energy at the shop is great. Everyone is clearly friends there, and everyone feels very welcoming and helpful. LJ did a thorough inspection and then spent a considerable amount of time discussing what he found with me. After all that, he wouldn’t charge me a cent. If I were local, I would take my cars to LJ for all my servicing.
