This business provides terrible service. I purchased a car wash. I followed the directions and pulled in to the wash. The machine never started. I moved forward and back 3-4 times to line things up perfectly. There are no directions provided. The signage is garbage. The owner refused to provide a refund to my card despite the fact that I never received a car wash. You don’t even talk to a person. All the creep does is text message you. He claims it was my fault and therefore he refused to provide me a refund. He offered to give me a code for a rewash but I don’t want anything to do with his garbage business model. It took him almost 3 hours to even contact me back after I told him I was cheated. Save your money and go to a real car wash with real people.

Reading through the reviews there seems to be a common problem with this place, it damages your vehicle. I was there this morning and the brushes ripped the taillight off of my truck. Apparently the owner has made comments that he has video to other customers, I would love to have the video sent to me showing how this is my fault that your brush ripped a part that is screwed to the body of a truck off. Poor customer service and I will no longer use this car wash, there are plenty of other local car washes that care about their customers.

I have never had a car wash physically rock my car back and forth. That can't be good for the paint... Then I went to try to use the vacuums but they didn't take coins. There was a sign with an arrow to "bill dispenser" that led you down a weird narrow... alley for lack of a better term... Decided to skip the vacuum. Would not recommend this place.
