Wasted time and money here. Got their best and most expensive wash. Made no difference. Car was out SO fast and they did an awful job wiping it down after. They had 3 or 4 people rushing to dry my car, but they did a terrible job. I had to wipe everything down myself as they just stood around and watched me. When I told them I was unhappy with the vacuum, they told me I had to go speak to the guys in the back. When I told them I was not happy with the lack of effort they put in wiping my car down, they just stood around without any answers or willingness to help. After I got home. I noticed they didn't even bother getting to some places, as shows in the photo. I came here before and was not happy then also. Decided to give them another chance. Will not come here again.

Today I went to RT 33 car wash like several times before ! My new car the was waxed yesterday came out of the wash tunnel and was full of scratches !! The manager was very rude and said “ o well , do want you have to do “!! I called the police and filled a police report . BEWARE I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS BS car wash !! —- AND NOTE - owner is lying , all scratches are on top of wax and clear coat, look at photos !!! This weak car wash had machines the scratched the passenger side and trunk !!! Stay away if you love your car is my absolute suggestion!!

extremely unsatisfied! absolutely no attention to detail and left many many areas of the car still dirty. had to ask multiple times for parts of my car to be cleaned. Left the car wash still feeling like my car was dirty. definitely not returning here - both times I’ve been here has not been a good experience. I got the highest package and expected a lot better from every aspect of service. Felt like they were just churning out cars saying it was done while doing half the job.

Do not go here! Today is the last day I will ever go here. I went home after the car wash and I look at the back of my car and what do I notice? My car has streaks of soapy water that wasn’t wiped off. It’s funny how these guys expect a tip when they can’t do their job properly and pay attention to detail. I don’t think that the machines spray fresh water after and then the workers wipe the entire car. Never again will I go back.

I paid almost $30 for the Ultimate and when I got home I noticed the back wasn’t even vacuumed, windows dirty, mud spots still on car… DISAPPOINTED. Unfortunately I will never go there again and it wasn’t even busy! No wxxuses.
